Lauren Lamb is an entrepreneurial Toy and Product Designer specializing in turning big ideas into product. Through her independent design practice, she partners with brands and manufacturers to develop toys and consumer products from early concept and prototyping through production.
Blending creative direction with hands-on product development, Lauren brings experience across licensed entertainment, plush, collectibles, and character-driven products. She is also an active member of WiT (Women in Toys) and is always chasing the next great idea.
Specializing in toy design, product development, and early prototyping, Lauren has experience taking products from initial concept through development and production. Prior to Disney, she worked at Cepia LLC, creators of ZhuZhu Pets, where she art directed and developed products across both original and licensed brands.
Throughout her career, Lauren has worked with licenses including Disney, Miraculous Ladybug, Littlest Pet Shop, Care Bears, Coca-Cola, and more.
Beyond design, she has 7+ years of experience collaborating with overseas factories, directing product development, reviewing samples, and preparing concepts and prototypes for licensor approval.
When she’s not designing toys, Lauren can usually be found scouring eBay for vintage toys and fashion dolls to add to her ever-growing collection.
